Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, nurturing, and professional Live-In Nanny to join a warm and welcoming family based in Kensington, London. The family is seeking a dedicated childcare professional to provide attentive care for their 10-month-old baby, who is approaching toddlerhood, within a fully staffed household environment.
This is a shared-care position alongside the mother and would suit a candidate who is confident working collaboratively with parents whilst respecting established routines and parenting preferences. The successful candidate will become an important part of the child's daily life, supporting their development, wellbeing, and happiness through attentive and engaging childcare. The family is looking for a calm, easy-going, and reliable nanny who enjoys working as part of a team. As the household employs additional nannies and housekeepers, strong communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously alongside other staff members are essential. The family values professionalism, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
The primary focus of the role will be ensuring the child's daily routine is maintained, planning age-appropriate developmental activities, encouraging learning through play, and supporting important developmental milestones. Nursery duties and the preparation of simple, nutritious meals for the child will also form part of the daily responsibilities. The family travels extensively throughout Europe during the summer months, typically for up to two months each year, and the nanny will be required to accompany them. To support a healthy work-life balance during these periods, the family is happy to discuss flexible arrangements such as two weeks on and two weeks off or three weeks on and one week off.
The successful candidate will be offered a comfortable private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom within the family home, together with meals and the opportunity to join a respectful and supportive household on a long-term basis. Formal employment will be provided for the right candidate.

Main duties of the Nanny:
- Providing attentive and loving care for a 10-month-old child
- Following and maintaining the child's established daily routine
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate developmental activities
- Supporting developmental milestones through engaging and stimulating play
- Preparing simple, healthy, and nutritious meals for the child
- Managing all nursery-related duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment for the child
- Accompanying the family on international travel
- Working collaboratively with parents and other household staff
Requirements for this Nanny job:
- Minimum of 5 years' professional nanny experience
- Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers
- Good spoken English essential
- Russian language skills advantageous
- Calm, nurturing, and professional approach to childcare
- Experience working within a fully staffed household preferred
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally
- At least two excellent, checkable references
- Valid right to work in the UK
