Do you know someone who would be perfect for one of our household vacancies?

As an incentive to recommend people you know, Perfect Household Staff offers a financial reward to our registered candidates when someone they recommend for a specific vacancy is offered, and accepts, a permanent role with one of our clients.

To qualify, your contact must name you – quoting your full name and candidate number – as their recommender when they register with us, and must confirm the specific vacancy you recommended them for. We cannot apply a recommendation retrospectively, so this information must be provided at the point of registration.

Provided your contact is later offered, and accepts, a permanent role with our client for that same vacancy, and remains in the role for a minimum of 8 weeks, we will reward you with £200.

How does it work?

If you are registered with Perfect Household Staff, you will know people in the domestic industry who would make excellent candidates for our clients. Recommend them for one of our current vacancies and, if they are placed in that role, we have a reward waiting for you.

What you do:

• Be a currently registered candidate with Perfect Household Staff
• Review our current vacancies
• Identify a specific vacancy suited to your contact and tell them about it
• Ask your contact to quote your full name and candidate number, and the specific vacancy, when they register with us

What we do:

• Interview your contact
• Carry out our standard document and reference checks
• Keep you informed of their progress
• Tailor their CV and submit it to the client for the vacancy you named
• Organise interviews with the client

If they accept the job offer:

• Once your contact has accepted a permanent job offer for the vacancy you recommended them for, and has remained in that role for a minimum of 8 weeks, we will notify you and arrange payment of £200.00 by bank transfer.

*Terms and conditions:

• You must be registered with Perfect Household Staff at the time you make the recommendation.
• The recommendation must relate to one specific vacancy that we are actively recruiting for at the time of your contact's registration. It does not extend to any other vacancy or later application.
• Your contact must confirm your name, candidate number and the specific vacancy at the time they register with us. We cannot accept a recommendation notified after registration.
• The reward is only paid where your contact was not already registered with, or already known to, Perfect Household Staff before your recommendation.
• Your contact must meet our standard registration requirements.
• The reward applies to permanent placements only, and is paid once your contact has remained in the role for a minimum of 8 weeks from their start date. It does not apply to temporary, trial or self-employed engagements.
• One reward is payable per successful, qualifying placement. You may recommend more than one contact, and a separate reward is payable for each contact who is separately placed in accordance with these terms.
• You may not recommend yourself. The reward is not payable where the recommender is an employee, owner or director of the client to which the candidate is introduced, or is otherwise involved in the recruitment or selection decision for that vacancy.
• Perfect Household Staff's decision on whether a recommendation and placement qualifies for the reward is final.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim a reward where we have reasonable grounds to believe it was obtained fraudulently or by misrepresentation.
• Any reward paid may be taxable income in your hands. It is paid without deduction of tax, and it is your responsibility to declare it to HMRC if required.
• By providing another person's name and candidate number to us in connection with this scheme, you confirm that you are authorised to share that information with us for this purpose. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
• Perfect Household Staff may amend, suspend or withdraw this scheme at any time. This will not affect a qualifying recommendation made under these terms before the change takes effect.
