This placement is for a loving and structured household, known for their respectful and appreciative approach to long-term staff. The family are seeking a high-end nanny placement to support their three children in a beautifully maintained, secure home with access to leafy parks, cultural activities, and excellent amenities.
Notting Hill, nestled in West London’s Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is famed for its colourful townhouses, vibrant Portobello Road Market, and rich history as a bohemian and artistic hub.
You will be expected to work independently and proactively to ensure a consistent and enriching environment for the children. Daily responsibilities will include morning routines, school drop-offs, afternoon development activities, light meal preparation, and evening wind-down.
The role requires a warm, reliable and professional individual with a solid background in early years development and private household structure.

Job Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days/week)
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: £16 – £20 gross per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily routine care and full charge of the children
- Creating age-appropriate developmental activities
- Nursery/school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Supporting cognitive and emotional development through structured play
- Preparing nutritious meals/snacks for the children
- Organising after-school activities and light diary management
- Light nursery duties including children’s laundry and room upkeep
- Travel packing and occasional proxy parenting support (advance notice)
Candidate Requirements:
- Three or more years of private nanny experience
- Two excellent checkable references from recent roles
- Fluent or conversational English
- Valid UK working permit
