Step 1: Understanding the Job Description and USP
In your role as a Candidate Engagement Specialist, the initial step is to download and carefully review the job descriptions and USPs. These documents will provide the essential foundation for fully understanding the client’s needs, allowing you to effectively analyse the information and confidently prepare three recorded voicemail calls where you will present and promote the position to a potential professional seeking new job opportunities.

Step 2: Analyse and Prepare the USPs
Using the information gathered in Step 1, carefully review the USPs of each Project. Organise them into bullet points, incorporating your own insights or any additional points you believe may have been overlooked. A template word document to assist with this task can be downloaded from the Resources section below "USP Formation".
Step 3: Recording the Voicemails
Using the prepared job descriptions and USPs from the previous steps, record three voicemail messages. Each recording should confidently present and promote the position to a potential professional seeking new job opportunities, ensuring clarity, enthusiasm, and a compelling pitch tailored to attract the right candidates. Please keep each voicemail concise, with a maximum length of 2 minutes, to maintain engagement and respect the recipient’s time.
Step 4: Complete Potential Objections Form
Step 5: Submitting Your Assessment
Once you have prepared the answer phone recordings (3), completed the "USP Formation" document and "Potential Objection Form", your final task is to submit it to . Please ensure that the "USP Formation" document is sent as a PDF file.
