Our new client residing in a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom apartment in Hadley Wood, London, is actively looking for a highly professional and organised housekeeper with extensive experience of working in private households and high attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be in charge of general and deep cleaning of the property, laundry and ironing, wardrobe management, upkeep of furniture, taking care of expensive decorative items and pieces of art. The full list of duties is provided below.
We would be happy to find an active and versatile individual with outstanding references from previous employers, who is able to work with little supervision and willing to build respectful rapport with the Principle.
The Position Type: Part Time, Live Out, Permanent
Salary: 197 – 226 GBP Gross per Week (Calculate your Salary)
Working Days: Monday and Thursday
Working Hours: 6 hours per day
Location: Hadley Wood, London
Language: English
Starting date: ASAP
Duties:
- Keeping the property neat and tidy
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Polishing furniture fixtures
- Scouring bathrooms and cleaning windows
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Overseeing tradesmen
- Notifying the Principle of any accidents and problems that occur
- Recording damaged items and arranging for items to be repaired or replaced
- Maintaining inventory and necessary supplies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience of working as a housekeeper in private households
- UK working permit
- Outstanding references
