Our new clients are currently looking to extend their house staff with a professional full-time live-in domestic couple at their private residence in Como, Italy. There is another domestic staff employed by the principals including 2 housekeepers, 3 gardeners, 3 managers and another Domestic Couple.

Typically, the family does not live at the residence and visits it several time per year for three to fourteen days, during these visits the domestic couple will be expected to work without days off, which will be reimbursed when the family leaves the residence. When the family is away the candidates will work 5 days a week. Therefore, a full-time live-in house couple is expected to be confident being by themselves, manage their own time and take initiative to care for the property and maintain it up to standards in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
A separate, fully furnished apartment with its own entrance will be provided for the successful candidates.
The ideal couple is expected to be able to work as a team as the estate employs a number of estate staff who you will be in touch with sometimes on a daily basis.
And will be required to take care of the household, with the duties focused on cooking, housekeeping, running errands, and driving.
We are searching for an experienced team of a housekeeper and a handyman with a responsible fun hands-on approach. It is very important that we find a house couple with professional experience in private households and checkable references.
