Perfect Household Staff is pleased to present a new temporary part-time live-out housekeeper job in Woolwich, London. The position is based in a modern two-bedroom apartment, where the principal, a single lady, is currently recovering from an ankle injury. Due to her limited mobility, she requires the reliable support of a professional housekeeper who can assist with maintaining a clean, tidy, and comfortable home environment.

Working as a professional housekeeper in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the apartment. This opportunity requires a detail-oriented and flexible individual who takes pride in their work. Typical duties will include cleaning and tidying the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, as well as assisting with laundry, ironing, and small errands such as purchasing groceries.
This position does not require cooking, but it calls for someone who is proactive and able to adapt to the employer’s needs with professionalism and care.

Working Hours: 1.5 hours a day, any time a day

Salary: £25 – £35 gross per hour

Starting Date: ASAP, now until Tuesday 9th September, then for seven more weeks after 23rd September (eight weeks total)
Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- Cleaning the kitchen: wiping benchtops, emptying and reloading the dishwasher, vacuuming and mopping floors, tidying the fridge, and refilling cold water bottles.
- Cleaning the bathroom: maintaining one sink, shower, toilet, and tiled floor to a high standard.
- Tidying and cleaning the bedroom: putting away clothes, folding and ironing if required, vacuuming, and tidying surfaces.
- Laundry care: washing, drying, folding, and ironing as necessary.
- Shopping: purchasing small grocery items such as bread, butter, milk, and juice.
- General household help: clearing flower vases, disposing of old flowers, changing water, and washing vases.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UK working permit
