Job Overview:
A warm and welcoming family residing in Dubai is seeking a professional, experienced, and Russian-speaking Nanny to join their household on a permanent, live-out basis. The family has two children, aged three and twelve, with the main focus of the role being on the care and development of the younger child. The current nanny will be finishing her employment at the end of the year, and the family would ideally like the successful candidate to commence as soon as possible to ensure a smooth handover and transition period.
The nanny will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. The day-to-day routine will centre around the three-year-old, including supporting his nursery schedule, planning engaging and educational activities, and providing consistency in routines. The twelve-year-old requires less direct care, but the nanny will be expected to coordinate with the family’s chauffeur to accompany her to and from extracurricular activities when needed.
The family places great importance on kindness, patience, flexibility, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, able to take direction constructively, and work harmoniously alongside other household staff. A respectful and professional attitude is essential, as is a genuine love for childcare and an adaptable approach to family life. The household also includes two cats and a fish, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets.

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 AED per month, depending on experience
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 40–45 hours per week, typically starting between 12:00–14:00 and finishing between 20:00–22:00, with flexibility required

Main Duties of the Full-Time Russian-Speaking Nanny:
- Caring for two children, with primary responsibility for the three-year-old
- Supporting nursery routines and creating stimulating age-appropriate activities
- Providing consistent structure around meal times, play, and bedtime routines
- Overseeing the older child’s extracurricular commitments with assistance from the chauffeur
- Ensuring tidiness and organisation of children’s belongings, play areas, and activity materials
- Assisting with preparation of children’s snacks and meals to ensure balanced nutrition
- Travelling with the family when required, ensuring children’s belongings are well-prepared and organised
- Communicating regularly with the parents on the children’s wellbeing, development, and activities
