Working as a nanny for a UHNW family requires much more than providing day-to-day childcare. This is a fantastic live-in opportunity for a nanny seeking an international position with a prestigious UHNW family. The successful candidate will be provided with a separate private bedroom with a private bathroom within the family villa, offering excellent privacy and comfort while remaining conveniently close to the children and household. The family will also provide relocation to the UAE and visa sponsorship for the right candidate, making the transition to the position significantly easier for an experienced professional.
Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Providing attentive, warm, and professional care for the family's pre-school children.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in which the children can thrive.
- Planning and organising age-appropriate educational activities, games, creative play, and outings.
- Pro-actively supporting the children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Developing engaging activities based on each child's interests, abilities, and developmental stage.
- Encouraging an active and sporty lifestyle through suitable games, outdoor activities, and exercise.
- Accompanying the children to after-school activities and other age-appropriate engagements.
- Preparing light, healthy snacks and refreshments for the children.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate daily routines for the children.
- Supporting the children with their everyday needs while encouraging age-appropriate independence.
- Communicating regularly and professionally with the parents regarding the children's routines, activities, progress, and wellbeing.
- Providing clear and appropriate reporting to the parents.
- Working collaboratively as part of the wider household team.
- Maintaining excellent standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism within the UHNW household.
- Remaining calm, adaptable, and resilient when routines or family requirements change.
