The family is looking for a fun-loving and self-motivated professional to support the development of their two children, aged four and five years old. A professional nanny in this position will play an important role in supporting the children’s daily routines, development, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the children for school, creating educational and creative activities, supporting their learning milestones, accompanying them to classes and after-school activities, assisting with bath-time routines, preparing light snacks and meals, and keeping their toys and belongings organised. The family is particularly seeking a nanny who can provide age-appropriate guidance and encourage the children’s confidence, good manners, and independence.

Working Days: Six days a week
Working Hours: 72 hours a week, 12 hours a day
Language: English, with preference for nannies speaking Russian, Ukrainian, or Albanian
Salary: Up to 300000.00 UAE / Annum Higher than market rate, based on qualifications

This is a fantastic live-in opportunity offering excellent accommodation within the family’s villa. The successful nanny will have a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing a comfortable and private living space. The family will also cover all relocation costs, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced nanny looking to relocate internationally.
Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Waking the children in the morning and supporting their preparation for school.
- Accompanying the children to school when required, together with the family driver.
- Creating a fun, engaging, and stimulating environment through active play and age-appropriate activities.
- Preparing educational activities to support the children’s development, including language skills, letters, numbers, and other important milestones.
- Encouraging the children’s independence, confidence, social skills, and good manners.
- Taking the children to after-school activities.
- Supervising the children during activities and ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Supporting bath-time routines and evening preparations.
- Preparing light snacks and simple meals for the children when required.
- Maintaining the children’s areas, toys, wardrobes, and belongings in a clean, organised, and tidy condition.
- Travelling domestically and internationally with the family when required.
- Working collaboratively with the family’s housekeeper and other household staff.
- Providing attentive and nurturing care while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
- Previous private nanny experience with children aged four and five years
- Ability to swim confidently and supervise children safely around the pool.
- Genuine passion for childcare and creating fun, educational experiences.
- Pro-active, self-starter attitude with excellent initiative and organisational skills.
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
