Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff is pleased to introduce an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Live-in Nanny to join a formal household based in Dubai, UAE. This position involves caring for two young boys aged 8 months and 2 years within a fully staffed, high-profile household. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, an excellent command of English, and demonstrable experience in providing exceptional childcare within a formal, international setting.
The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a nurturing approach, with responsibilities including developmental play, educational engagement, child-related housekeeping (such as maintaining the children’s bedrooms and play areas), and preparation of nutritious meals for the children. The nanny will be expected to travel with the family frequently, typically once a month, and therefore a European passport is preferred for ease of travel to Europe and the UK.
This is a live-in position, with a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom provided in the residence. During international travel, separate hotel accommodation will also be arranged. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, with flexibility required to accommodate the family's needs and routine. Time off will be provided throughout the week as well as on designated working days when possible.
The household will cover all relocation costs, health insurance, and visa application expenses. In addition to a competitive, tax-free salary of up to £4,000 net per month, the position includes paid annual leave of 24 working days, in accordance with UAE legislation. A uniform will be provided, and the nanny will be working alongside other professional household staff, including a housekeeper, chef, and drivers.

Live-in Nanny duties will include:
- Providing full-time care for two young boys aged 8 months and 2 years
- Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental and educational play
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and emotional development of the children
- Preparing healthy, balanced meals and snacks for the children
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the children’s bedrooms, playroom, and belongings
- Travelling with the family on a regular basis (approximately once a month), ensuring consistent care and routine
- Collaborating closely with other household staff to support a harmonious and well-run environment
- Adapting to a flexible schedule based on the family’s routine and travel plans
- Maintaining discretion, professionalism, and a kind, nurturing attitude at all times
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Nanny in a private household, ideally within formal or international settings
- Experience caring for young children, including infants and toddlers
- Strong educational background or formal childcare qualifications highly desirable
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Holder of a European passport is preferred due to regular travel to the UK and Europe
- High level of flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel internationally
- Kind, proactive, and professional demeanour
- Confident in child-related housekeeping and cooking
- Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with a wider household team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the family’s standards and routines
