PERMANENT LIVE-OUT PART-TIME ENGLISH AND GEORGIAN/RUSSIAN SPEAKING NANNY JOB

Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a lovely opportunity for a warm, calm, and patient Nanny to join a Georgian and Russian-speaking private family based on the prestigious Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The family comprises two adults and their four-year-old child, and they are looking for a caring and energetic professional to provide engaging English-language support through play and everyday interaction.
This is a permanent, part-time, live-out position working approximately 18 hours per week across four days, including weekends and two additional weekdays. The family already has a nanny in place, allowing the successful candidate to focus specifically on the child's English development and provide dedicated, one-to-one educational support. Working as a Nanny in this household involves creating an enjoyable and age-appropriate learning environment through conversation, stories, songs, creative activities and movement, while also providing attentive care and companionship during the sessions.
Working as a Nanny involves supporting the child's early English development through natural conversation and play rather than formal classroom-style teaching. The successful candidate will use child-appropriate language-learning methods to encourage confidence and communication while keeping activities engaging, varied and enjoyable. The role would suit a warm and responsible professional with experience working with children aged two to four, fluent Georgian and/or Russian, proficient English, patience and a strong understanding of child safety. Early-years qualifications and paediatric first-aid training would be welcomed, together with recent parent or employer references.
Candidates should already be based in Dubai or a nearby emirate and be able to travel regularly to Palm Jumeirah.

Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UAE will be considered for this role.

Main Duties of the Nanny:
- Providing warm, attentive and age-appropriate care for a four-year-old child
- Spporting the child's English language development through natural conversation and play
- Planning and engaging in simple, child-friendly English activities suited to the child's age and interests
- Using stories, songs, games and creative activities to encourage English communication
- Incorporating movement and active play into English-learning sessions
- Encouraging the child's confidence in listening to and speaking English
- Creating a calm, positive and enjoyable learning environment
- Adapting activities according to the child's energy, interests and level of engagement
- Providing attentive supervision with a strong focus on safety
- Communicating appropriately with the parents regarding the child's progress and daily activities
- Working alongside the family's existing nanny and maintaining a cooperative approach
- Supporting the child's routines and providing a warm, reliable presence
- Maintaining professional standards of discretion, reliability and confidentiality
- Using fluent Georgian/Russian where appropriate to support communication and build a comfortable learning environment
Requirements for this Part-Time Nanny:
- Minimum of 3 years of private tutoring experience
- Two excellent, checkable references
- Fluent Georgian and/or Russian
- Proficient level of English
- Legal right to work in the UAE
- A local to Dubai area
