Perfect Household Staff presents a distinguished opportunity for a highly experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Nanny to join a discerning private family in the prestigious heart of Monaco. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in childcare who seeks long-term stability within a respectful, providing and nurturing environment.

This is a permanent, live-out position offering full-time engagement from Monday to Friday, with primary responsibilities centered around the full care, development, and well-being of two children — a 4-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl. The family’s home is a three-bedroom apartment, designed for comfort with a single floor and three bathrooms. Light housekeeping related to the children’s areas, complemented by a weekly cleaning service from a third party, is welcomed.

The family seeks a caregiver who is present during the shift, calm, patient, and possesses extensive hands-on experience in private childcare. A non-smoker, the ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.

Essential qualifications include a proven track record in similar roles, current First Aid certification, and the ability to implement routines and allergy management protocols.

Job Details:

Main Duties:

• Offering unwavering, attentive, and nurturing supervision to both children, ensuring their needs are met through constant presence
• Engaging in continuous, age-appropriate activities, play, and educational support, remaining fully present during interactions
• Prioritising the emotional and physical safety of the children at all times, maintaining full awareness and responsiveness
• Overseeing daily routines such as naps, feeding, and hygiene, with a hands-on approach to foster security and comfort
• Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas, and frequently used spaces tidy and well-organised to promote a calm environment
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals for the children, and occasionally for the family, with careful attention to allergies and medical guidance
• Vigilantly monitoring allergy management and ensuring meals are served safely and appropriately
• Maintaining a consistent routine and attentive presence, even during travel or abroad, to provide stability and reassurance
• Communicating openly, kindly, and proactively with the parents regarding the children’s progress, needs, and wellbeing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a private nanny
• Current and valid First Aid certification
• Outstanding references from former families
• Proficiency in English
• Non-smoker
• Warm, compassionate, and emotionally perceptive demeanor
• Possession of an EU passport or a valid European work permit
• Flexible and eager to travel with the family as needed
