Job Overview:
Perfect Household Staff is delighted to introduce a long-term opportunity for a highly experienced and professional Nanny to join a respectful, family-oriented household based in Limassol, Cyprus. The family consists of two principals and their eight-month-old baby. They maintain a harmonious and well-structured home environment and also have a friendly dog. The nanny will work in close cooperation with the mother, ensuring that the child’s daily care, comfort, and development are managed in line with the established family routine.
The family resides in Limassol, a vibrant coastal city that offers a superb quality of life, beautiful beaches, and modern amenities. The position is live-in, and the family provides excellent private accommodation — either a spacious en-suite bedroom within the main residence or a separate apartment nearby. For the successful candidate, the family is also willing to provide full relocation support to ensure a smooth transition to Cyprus.
This permanent, full-time position requires a capable, attentive, and organised professional who is confident in all aspects of infant care. Working hours will be structured around the baby's schedule and needs. This requires a flexible mindset and the readiness to provide care whenever necessary, including overnight. A mutually agreed-upon schedule will ensure you have regular personal time. The nanny will be responsible for the baby’s hygiene, feeding, and developmental activities, ensuring a structured and stimulating environment both at home and while travelling. The role involves accompanying the family on international trips, assisting with packing and logistics, and maintaining consistency in the baby’s routine during travel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to supporting the family in creating a nurturing and safe upbringing for their child
This position requires the ability to work on a self-employed basis, offering flexibility in how services are contracted and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Language: English (Russian-speaking advantageous)

Main Duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Providing full care for an eight-month-old baby
- Managing daily hygiene routines, bathing, and dressing
- Preparing bottles, sterilising feeding equipment, and overseeing feeding schedules
- Assisting with preparing meals at home (the family uses ready-made jars only when travelling)
- Maintaining the established daily routine and adapting it when travelling
- Organising developmental and sensory activities suitable for the baby’s age
- Engaging the child in early learning, reading, and play-based development
- Performing baby massage and gentle physical exercises
- Taking the baby for daily walks and outdoor activities
- Monitoring health and wellbeing, keeping a detailed daily record for the parents
- Maintaining the baby’s room, clothing, and equipment in perfect order
- Accompanying the family on international trips and providing full nursery support during travel
- Ensuring the baby’s safety and comfort at all times
Minimal Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant private nanny experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Valid biometric or Schengen passport (minimum five years’ validity)
- Conversational English, Russian will be a bonus
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the family
- Eligibility to work in EU
- Ability to work on a self-employed basis
