The main office area occupies the Lower Ground, Ground and 1st Floor and consists of 3 boardrooms; a staff lunch & lounge area; a staff kitchen; a gym including 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets; and a large open plan office area for up to 12 staff. Plus, there will be an additional 5 office toilets to maintain.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Housekeeper will oversee and ensure all these areas are cleaned and kept tidy. In addition, you will occasionally be client-facing when guests visit the offices, prepare and clean the meeting rooms ensuring tables are ready and set, fill coffee machines, ensure fridges are fully stocked, laundry is done and put away and that the front of the building and courtyard are kept clean and presentable (leaves swept, rubbish removed etc) You will report any maintenance issues to the Office Manager, along with stock management / orders.
There is a corporate flat on the top floor of the building used for business clients and partners, however not used full time. When visitors stay, the Housekeeper will prepare in a ready state, and when vacated, clean, change linen, towels to laundry etc.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, good spoken English and communication skills and have experience in a similar office environment and/or luxury hotel background.
