The Candidate will be looking after a large family home, 3 floors and a basement, 6 bedrooms, with an open area - a tennis court and a small lake, a swimming pool, a formal garden, a big loan, a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen area and a large parking area with 6 garages (with around 8 high-performance cars in it).
We are currently searching for a reliable All Rounder who can carry out or oversee repairs and oversee the general maintenance and running of our family’s North London properties & the grounds. You will manage the budget to ensure running costs are economically negotiating with external
suppliers to obtain the best terms. Manage the extensive wine cellar and its corresponding records
system and oversee security to ensure the safety and protection of our premises, assets, staff and
visitors. Maintain the family cars, which include classic and high-performance cars and provide a chauffeur service when required.
There is no Staff Managing required, you will be joining a very friendly family – a team of two housekeepers, security guards, and part-time gardeners, who have worked together for over 20 years and are waiting for you to join them!
The schedule is quite flexible, if later hours are required, you will be starting your day appropriately, you will also be required to drive the family to the airport which may fall on the weekend, so can then have a day off on a working day.
The ideal Candidate has a very good command of English, is energetic and practical, solution orientated, with experience of project management and negotiations, neatly presented and professional, articulate with good interpersonal skills, friendly, proactive person who loves working with a team, drives his car, and is ready to be a first responder of the property, in case of emergency.

Household Manager Job Duties:
- General up-keep and cost management for the London properties
- Oversee and maintain computer equipment and corresponding software liaising with IT support provider
- Manage security
- Ensuring the household runs smoothly
- Keeping things to the highest standard
- Reporting to the principal
- Dealing with the contractors
- Ensuring a replacement in case the staff member is absent
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained and ready to go, fees, washing, troubleshooting, fixing the mechanic issues

Household Manager Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- UK work permit
- Clean driving License
- DBS Certificate
