Our client, a lovely family are actively looking for a highly professional and qualified house managing couple, one person being a domestic cleaner and the other an all-rounder, to join their household on a full-time, live in, permanent basis. The newly renovated villa is located in a sunny suburb of Genoa, Italy. The family would be happy to find Russian speakers as the language is spoken at home. However, the all-rounder must have good knowledge of Italian for communicating with local contractors.

Experience of living and working in Italy as a domestic couple is a must and is not negotiable.We are expecting the successful candidates to be highly organised, reliable, polite, enthusiastic about their job and willing to build trustful and respectful rapport with the principals.
The principals usually visit their Italian property only in the summer months for approximately 7-10 days each month. While the principals are not in residence, the domestic couple will be sole charge of the residence. The duties will include inside and outside maintenance, gardening, taking care of the swimming pool and watering system, cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking.
The Principles are very security conscious, therefore we are looking for the right domestic couple who are experienced in operating a security system, alarms and cameras.

Domestic cleaner Duties:
- General and deep cleaning of all residential areas
- Keeping bathrooms organised and sanitised
- Laundry and ironing
- Wardrobe management
- Taking care of luxury furniture and expensive decorative items
- Managing stocks of groceries, cleaning products and household essentials
- Cooking
- Running errands
All-rounder duties:
- Inside and outside maintenance
- Being responsible for all necessary repairs and adjustments
