The family are looking for the right person rather than the fastest person — someone who connects naturally with their values and routines, and who can become a stable, long-term presence within their family life.
The position is based in Ilford, a well-connected area of East London with excellent transport links into Central London and the wider city, making the commute straightforward for candidates travelling from across Greater London. The role is offered on a self-employed basis, with genuine flexibility around hours — this can be arranged as either part-time or full-time, depending on what suits the right candidate, with the family open to a long-term commitment.
The primary focus of the role is warm, attentive childcare for the family's young daughter, with household duties centred around supporting the child's daily routine and environment. The role is expected to evolve naturally over time as the family's needs grow.

Duties Include:
- Providing warm, attentive, and culturally attuned childcare, fostering a genuinely bilingual home environment
- Supporting the family's values, traditions, and daily rituals within the household
- Engaging in age-appropriate educational activities, creative play, and outdoor activities
- Managing the child's daily routine, including mealtimes and rest periods
- Supporting light, child-focused household duties as part of the daily rhythm of the home
- Occasional flexibility for additional hours as the family's needs evolve
Minimal Requirements:
- 5 or more years of private Nanny experience
- Two checkable references from previous private employers
- Fluent Arabic and conversational English
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
- Non-smoker
- DBS check
