Perfect Household Staff is proud to present a new vacancy for a permanent, part-time live-out housekeeper in Leeds. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm, professional household and provide high-standard housekeeping support within a beautifully maintained, informal family home.
The family consists of two adults and two children and resides in a spacious three-storey five-bedroom residence featuring multiple living areas and unique amenities such as a cinema room, home gym, office, and game room. The home showcases valuable art pieces, and a meticulous approach to their care is essential.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced housekeeper who is confident in managing housekeeping duties independently and takes pride in maintaining high standards. The role does not involve cooking or pet care, and there is no travel required. The family values a child-friendly, initiative-taking, and discreet individual who will become a trusted part of their home. They do travel a lot, so there will be plenty of time for deep cleaning.
This is a long-term role suited to a housekeeper who is genuinely passionate about domestic work and seeks a structured, steady working environment. Candidates must be confident with professional wardrobe management, the handling of fine fabrics, and caring for high-value furnishings and artwork. They will also get an attractive holiday entitlement of 12 days plus all bank holidays.
Only candidates who have the eligibility to work in the UK will be considered for this role.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- General cleaning of the property across all floors
- Daily upkeep of kitchen, bathrooms, and all living areas
- Deep cleaning and maintenance of high-end surfaces and furniture
- Wardrobe management, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes
- Changing bed linens and maintaining order within wardrobes and drawers
- Ensuring delicate care of valuable artwork and household décor
- Organising and tidying rooms to maintain an inviting and orderly atmosphere
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper Job:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant private housekeeping experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Conversational level of English
