Perfect Household Staff is pleased to offer a part-time opportunity for an experienced and reliable Private Housekeeper to support a friendly and respectful family in one of Oxford’s most attractive and peaceful neighbourhoods.
This is a permanent, live-out position, working two days per week – Monday and Thursday, usually between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility with the schedule may be considered. It is ideal for a housekeeper looking for a regular, part-time role in a well-kept private home.
The property is arranged over three floors, with housekeeping duties primarily focused on the ground and first floors. The ground floor comprises a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a small utility room, and a ground floor toilet. The first floor includes one bedroom, one office, and one bathroom. The role also involves maintaining the staircase between floors. The housekeeper will be responsible for general cleaning and upkeep throughout these areas, including hoovering, dusting, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the bathrooms, kitchen, and all living spaces in line with the household’s standards.
The client will provide all gentle, non-toxic cleaning products, and great care must be taken when cleaning natural wood surfaces throughout the home.
The family keeps a clean and calm household with a “shoes-off” policy, and they value discretion, care, and respect.

Requirements for this Housekeeper Job:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private housekeeping roles
- Strong checkable references
- UK working permit
- DBS check
- Fluency in English
