Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a superb opportunity for a professional Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper to join a private residence located in Wollaton, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This is a long-term, permanent position within a well-maintained three-bedroom property arranged across two floors.
The household is composed of one elderly principal. Carers attend the property on a rota basis; however, the family is seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeper to ensure that a responsible and reassuring presence is maintained within the home at all times. This role will suit a flexible, reliable and highly professional individual who understands the sensitivities of working within a private residence supporting an elderly principal.
The Housekeeper will be provided with a private bedroom and en suite bathroom located on the top floor of the property, ensuring personal comfort and privacy. A small, well-behaved pet may be considered. The role is offered on a self-employed basis. There is no cooking required, no travel involved, no driving required and there are no pets within the household.

Main duties of the Housekeeper:
- Full housekeeping of a three-bedroom, two-floor private residence
- Daily cleaning and maintaining the property to a consistently high standard
- Dusting, hoovering and general upkeep of all living areas
- Laundry management including washing, ironing and wardrobe organisation
- Ensuring all rooms remain tidy, hygienic and well-presented
- Monitoring household supplies and reporting when replenishment is required
- Providing a consistent and reassuring presence within the home
Requirements for this Housekeeper job:
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant private housekeeping experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- Valid UK work permit
