Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a lovely opportunity for a professional and reliable Housekeeper to join a private household in Westminster, Victoria, London. The household is home to one adult principal who is seeking a trusted Housekeeper to provide regular support with the upkeep and organisation of her comfortable two-bedroom flat. With one bedroom used regularly and a second room available for guests, the property offers a straightforward and well-defined housekeeping routine. Located in the heart of Westminster, Victoria is one of London’s most convenient and well-connected areas, offering excellent local amenities and outstanding transport links.
This is a part-time position working two days per week for approximately eight hours in total, with four hours per day. The working days, including the possibility of weekends, and start times can be arranged according to the successful Housekeeper’s availability, offering useful flexibility alongside a regular weekly commitment. Working as a Housekeeper in this household involves keeping the home clean, organised and comfortable, with responsibility for routine housekeeping, laundry, ironing and general household presentation. The property is approximately a five-minute walk from Victoria Station, making the role particularly convenient and easily accessible by public transport.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- General cleaning and upkeep of the two-bedroom flat
- Maintaining a tidy, organised and comfortable home environment
- Making beds and changing bed linen as required
- Changing and rotating household towels
- Washing, drying and folding household laundry
- Ironing clothing and household linens
- Organising and maintaining the principal’s wardrobe
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living areas
- Keeping the guest bedroom clean, tidy and ready for use when required
- General household organisation and day-to-day tidying
- Working independently and proactively within a private home
- Maintaining discretion, reliability and a professional approach at all times
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper:
- Minimum of 3 years of private housekeeping experience
- Two excellent, checkable references
- Conversational English
- Legal right to work in the UK
