The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the residence, ensuring that all high-end furnishings, delicate fabrics, and luxury finishes are cared for with expertise. The role requires a Housekeeper who has experience in formal households, is confident in laundry care, wardrobe management, and inventory upkeep, and can work seamlessly in a refined, high-net-worth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Maintaining the impeccable cleanliness and organisation of the luxury penthouse, ensuring that all rooms, furniture, and fixtures are cared for appropriately.
- Expertly managing laundry and wardrobe care, including the handling of fine fabrics, delicate garments, and couture pieces.
- Polishing silver, crystal, and other high-value items, ensuring that all surfaces, furniture, and artwork are maintained to the highest standards.
- Maintaining a fully stocked inventory of household supplies and liaising with vendors for restocking when necessary.
- Managing household linens, ensuring bedding and towels are always fresh and well-maintained.
- Preparing the home for guest arrivals, ensuring all areas are presentable, comfortable, and welcoming.
- Coordinating with other household staff members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Upholding strict confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of the principals at all times.
Minimal Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a formal UHNW household or luxury residence.
- Extensive knowledge of high-end cleaning techniques, luxury fabric care, and wardrobe management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage the home independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a professional approach.
- UK working permit.
