PART TIME HOUSEKEEPER JOB

Perfect Household Staff are proud to present a wonderful opportunity for a professional and dependable housekeeper to join a private household on a long-term, part-time basis, working across two beautifully maintained residences in Notting Hill and Marylebone.
The first residence is a duplex apartment spread across the ground and lower ground floors, comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, a dedicated dining space, and a private garden. The second property is a single-level apartment within a purpose-built building, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, and a balcony. Both homes are elegant, well-organised, and require a consistently high standard of upkeep.
The appointed housekeeper will be expected to work at the Notting Hill residence on Mondays and Thursdays, and at the Marylebone residence on Tuesdays and Fridays. This structure allows for even coverage throughout the week and helps maintain each property to the client's preferred standard.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be well-versed in caring for fine finishes and materials, and take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation. The client is seeking someone reliable, self-motivated, and discreet, with excellent spoken English and a professional demeanour.
The position is offered four days per week (28 hours total), with an employment contract and 24 days of paid holiday. Both residences are single-occupancy, and there are no childcare, pet care, or driving duties involved.

Live out Housekeeper duties may include:
- Performing high-standard cleaning of all rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas
- Regular hoovering, dusting, mopping, and surface polishing throughout both properties
- Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas
- Managing laundry duties with precision, including washing, ironing, folding, and the care of fine fabrics and delicate garments
- Organising and sending out items for dry cleaning when required
- Ensuring both homes are consistently tidy, presentable, and well maintained
- Following any specific cleaning instructions or preferences set by the principals
- Securing properties after work is completed and respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the household at all times
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3 years of Housekeeper experience
- Checkable references
- UK working permit
