Perfect Household Staff is proud to present a superb opportunity for a top-tier professional Housekeeper to join a refined and prestigious residence in Holland Park. This is a live-out, full-time, permanent position ideal for an utterly experienced individual with a background in VIP or UHNW households.
The successful applicant will focus primarily on housekeeping (75%) with an additional focus on laundry and wardrobe care (25%). Working alongside a well-established household team, the Housekeeper will ensure this elegant residence is maintained to the highest standard.
The family seeks a trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in well-structured environments. The residence includes luxury interiors, designer furnishings, marble and parquet flooring, and fine art pieces, all of which require gentle and specialist care.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm; occasional flexibility on weekends

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of luxury surfaces (marble, parquet, porcelain tiles, art pieces)
- Ensure furnishings and decorative objects are handled with care and cleaned using suitable products
- Keep all rooms guest-ready and tidy throughout the day
- Clean kitchen appliances, cupboards, and storage areas regularly
- Assist with occasional dinner party setup/clean-up or next-day resets
2. Laundry and Wardrobe Management:
- Wash, iron, and organise clothing and linens
- Care for high-value garments and delicate fabrics using appropriate products and techniques
- Ensure seasonal wardrobe organisation and storage
- Deliver and collect dry cleaning as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in private households (VIP/UHNW preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Confident with handling delicate surfaces and fine fabrics
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent time management and task efficiency
- Fluent in English
- Clean DBS and right to work in the UK
- Pet- and child-friendly
- Full understanding of discretion and confidentiality in a private household
