PERMANENT PART-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER JOB

A lovely, welcoming small family based in a beautiful ground-floor mansion block flat in Fulham, South West London, is looking for an experienced, reliable Housekeeper to join their household on a permanent, part-time basis.
The household consists of a mother and her two young children, both of whom attend school full time. The children will not be present during working hours, so this is a purely housekeeping role with no childcare responsibilities whatsoever. This is a hands-on, practical housekeeping position across a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property. The family are looking for someone experienced, mature, and thorough — someone who takes genuine pride in keeping a home beautifully maintained and running smoothly.
The family have a preference for eco-friendly and natural cleaning products, so an awareness of and comfort with green cleaning methods is a welcome bonus.

Position: Permanent, Part-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper
Location: Fulham, London
Salary: £20 – £25 per hour gross, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and upkeep of the property to a consistently high standard, across all rooms including bedrooms and bathrooms
- Laundry management, including washing and ironing
- Kitchen care, including cleaning and fridge organisation
- Maintaining a tidy, well-presented home throughout the working week
- Hoovering, dusting, and general household maintenance
- Organisation of household areas as needed
Requirements:
- Previous private household experience is essential (5+ years, ideally)
- Valid and up-to-date DBS check
- Verifiable verbal references from previous private household employment
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom
- Genuinely trustworthy, discreet, and committed to long-term employment
