The property itself is a substantial, multi-level home comprising five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with only a portion of the residence in regular use, thereby offering a well-balanced and elegantly maintained living environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the household to an exemplary standard, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and overall presentation throughout. Duties will include full housekeeping, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and general upkeep, with careful attention to high-quality finishes such as marble surfaces. A proactive, self-sufficient approach is essential, with the ability to manage the household independently and exercise initiative at all times.
The position is offered on either a live-out basis. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility required. The household includes a cocker spaniel, and basic pet care may be expected on occasion.

Live out Housekeeper duties may include:
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards and overall household presentatio
- Full housekeeping, including dusting, polishing, and care of premium surfaces.
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management.
- Organising storage and maintaining household order.
- Managing household supplies and stock levels.
- Working independently, using initiative to prioritise tasks.
- Occasional basic care for the household cocker spaniel.
- Ensuring all rooms are guest-ready and well-presented.
- Adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating discreetly with household staff or contractors as needed.
Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:
- Minimum 3 years’ Housekeeper experience within private households
- Fluent English communication skills
- Checkable references
- Valid UK working permit
- DBS check
