The ideal candidate will take pride in their profession and enjoy providing exceptional care for the household. A love for dogs is essential, as the family have a lovely cockapoo’s and basic pet care will be involved in the housekeepers’ responsibilities. This is a temporary position lasting 2 months, with the possibility of discussing a permanent role after this period.

One of the deal breakers in this vacancy is that the principals are holding an event between the 25th and 30th August. Due to the event there will be hire than normal scope of work with working hours potentially exceeding 12 hour days from the 20th - 30th August. In this role, it is important to note that you will not have every weekend off as days off will be on a rota basis.

The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of running a family estate and must demonstrate enthusiasm and drive with a keen eye for detail to produce the very best results possible, while working harmoniously as part of an established team.

Accommodation is presented as a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment as well as bills paid for by the estate.

Responsibilities will include the overall cleaning of the home, kitchen / dining area, bathroom. Duties will encompass vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing and wiping down surfaces, dusting, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, dishwasher handling, laundry, ironing, and pet care, changing linens.
