The principals, a married couple, travel extensively and reside in the UK for only three months each year. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain their home to a high standard in their absence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for general housekeeping, ensuring the home remains immaculate and well-organised throughout the year. The role includes dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and maintaining the outdoor seating area. While the couple does not require pet care, a pet-friendly attitude is essential, as they have a golden retriever who is occasionally in the house. Additionally, the housekeeper may be asked to assist with light cooking if needed. A key part of the role involves polishing silverware and running errands, making prior experience in these areas highly desirable.
As the principals travel frequently, they require a housekeeper who is capable of working independently and managing their own schedule effectively. The candidate must also be prepared to work on a self-employed basis, handling their own tax and National Insurance contributions.

Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- 3+ years of relevant private housekeeping experience
- Excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UK working permit
- A driving licence
- Must be prepared to work on a self-employed basis
