As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the household and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the household, ensuring all aspects are well-maintained, organised, and efficient.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of domestic staff, including cleaners, chefs, nannies, and gardeners, ensuring that duties are performed to the highest standards.
• Overseeing household budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships, ensuring effective cost management and that all payments are processed promptly.
• Arranging and supervising property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as required, ensuring that any issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently.
• Liaising with the family to ensure all their preferences and needs are met, providing regular updates and recommendations for the household.
• Managing household inventories and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking of all essentials, from cleaning materials to groceries.
• Coordinating events and family gatherings, including dinner parties, holiday celebrations, and other special occasions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Managing household security, liaising with security providers and ensuring the property is always secure and safe for the family.
• Arranging travel itineraries and logistics for family trips, ensuring all details from flights to accommodation are well-organised and seamless.
• Managing household IT and technology systems, ensuring that all equipment, such as Wi-Fi, home entertainment systems, and security cameras, are operational.
• Overseeing the management of personal staff, ensuring a harmonious and efficient working environment, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of all vehicles, ensuring the family’s cars are serviced and ready for use at all times.
• Coordinating household projects, such as redecorating, landscaping, and other improvements, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Minimal Requirements:

• Three or more years of private House Manager experience
• Two excellent, checkable references
• Fluent English
• UK working permit
