Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing bespoke daily menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Researching and sourcing premium-quality produce, ensuring ingredients are fresh, organic, and locally sourced where possible.
- Creating exquisite dishes ranging from family-friendly meals to fine dining experiences for formal events.
- Managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including maintaining hygiene standards, inventory control, and budget management.
- Assisting in hosting private events, including menu planning, plating, and overseeing presentation.
- Developing an extensive repertoire of international cuisines, adapting dishes to suit family preferences.
- Staying updated with culinary trends and incorporating innovative techniques to enhance the family’s dining experience.
- Supervising the maintenance and use of high-end kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Preparing and preserving meals for travel or special occasions, ensuring the same standard of excellence.
- Training and supervising any junior kitchen staff or apprentices, fostering a high-performing kitchen team.
Minimal Requirements:
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Private House Manager or Estate Manager, with a proven record in luxury property management.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, delivering excellence in all aspects of household operations.
- At least two outstanding, checkable references from previous employers in similar roles.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and an understanding of the discretion required in this role.
- Valid UK working permit required.
