SALARY: 72000 GBP / Year Gross
Our client, a lovely family are actively looking for a highly professional and qualified house managing couple, one person being a housekeeper and the other an all-rounder, to join their household on a full-time, live out, permanent basis. The family estate is located in Deal, Kent (CT14). The family would be happy to find Russian speakers as the language is spoken at home.

We are anticipating the successful candidates to be highly organised, reliable, polite, enthusiastic about their job and willing to build trustful and respectful rapport with the principals.
The family consists of 5 adults, however they do not live in this residence on a permanent basis. Usually the principals are in residence for occasional weekends or Christmas.
The duties will include inside and outside maintenance, gardening, taking care of the watering system, cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking, grocery shopping etc.

Housekeeper Duties:
- General and deep cleaning of all residential areas
- Keeping bathrooms organised and sanitised
- Laundry and ironing
- Taking care of luxury furniture and expensive decorative items
- Managing stocks of groceries, cleaning products and household essentials
- Cooking for the family
- Running errands
All-rounder duties:
- Inside and outside maintenance
- Being responsible for all necessary repairs and adjustments
- Grocery shopping
- Gardening
- Communicating with contractors
- Running errands
Domestic Couple Jobs Requirements:
- At least 4 years of similar experience in private households
- Outstanding references
- UK working permit
- Excellent command of Russian and conversational English
- Driving licence
