Key Responsibilities:

• Performing meticulous deep cleaning, maintaining intricate household fixtures, fine furnishings, and high-value wardrobe items to museum-quality standards.
• Designing and executing gourmet family meals with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce, catering to dietary requirements, and crafting bespoke menus for formal dining experiences.
• Managing extensive grounds, including precise care for rare plants, overseeing seasonal landscaping projects, maintaining ornamental water features, and ensuring the overall aesthetic of the estate is pristine.
• Undertaking detailed maintenance tasks, from restoring antique furniture to troubleshooting complex home systems, while coordinating contractors for large-scale renovations or specialised repairs.
• Organising and executing elaborate family events, coordinating catering, decor, entertainment, and guest logistics with precision and creativity.
• Implementing advanced security measures, monitoring surveillance systems, and liaising with security personnel to ensure comprehensive safety and confidentiality.
• Managing complex procurement tasks, sourcing rare or bespoke items, negotiating with luxury suppliers, and maintaining household inventories with exceptional organisation.
• Preparing the household for both domestic and international travel, including packing, arranging customs documentation, and coordinating itineraries for seamless experiences.
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial records, managing multi-tiered budgets, and preparing analytical reports for review to optimise household expenditures.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience as a private domestic couple.
• Expertise in housekeeping, cooking, gardening, and maintenance.
• Excellent, checkable references.
• Fluent English.
• UK working permit
