Perfect Household Staff is seeking a highly skilled and professional Butler for a prestigious UHNW household in St George’s Hill, Weybridge, Surrey. This is a live-in, permanent, full-time position requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a formal household to the highest standards. The role offers a six-day working week, with Sundays off, and requires a candidate with a strong background in VIP service. Fluency in English is essential, and French language skills would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing household operations, event planning, and hospitality management. This includes driving family members to various locations, coordinating transport to London several times per week for business purposes, and arranging domestic and international travel. Experience in formal dinner service, catering coordination, and liaising with household staff is required. Security oversight, wardrobe management, and silverware care are also expected.
The role includes child transportation duties, such as school drop-offs and managing their activities. The family also has two Chihuahuas and is considering a larger dog, so the butler must be confident in overseeing pet care and liaising with dog walkers.
This is a formal household, and the butler will be expected to wear a designated uniform. The family values traditional etiquette and professionalism, and the candidate must uphold the highest standards of service and discretion.
A strong background in golf and tennis is essential, as the family has a keen interest in both. The butler must be well-versed in these sports and able to assist with related arrangements.
The position requires a full UK driving licence and a DBS certification. The butler will also be expected to travel with the family, including trips to France.
