The role will involve frequent travel, ensuring that the child’s safety, health, and harmonious development are always prioritised. The position is rotational, offering an intensive yet rewarding schedule for a pro-active, energetic, and child-focused individual.
Working as a Travel Nanny is a demanding yet fulfilling profession, particularly for families who travel extensively. This role requires full commitment to the child’s daily care and development, encompassing everything from meal preparation to wardrobe organisation. The nanny will follow the child’s established routine 24/7 during their working period, maintain a healthy and active environment, and adapt seamlessly to frequent changes in location.
The ability to manage logistics, cope with travel schedules, and provide engaging, screen-free activities is key to success in such a post.

Working Days: 7 days a week, Rota 30/30 or 45/45
Working Hours: 168 hours during rota period

Salary: From €3,000 gross per month (depending on qualifications) + €500 household and food expenses
Location: Travelling between Dubai, Italy, Luxembourg, and other European countries

Main duties of the Full-Time Travel Nanny:
- Full 24/7 care for a boy of 1.7 years during the rota period.
- Active engagement with the child through educational games and activities (without TV or cartoons).
- Wardrobe care for the child (laundry, ironing, organisation).
- Cooking healthy daily meals for the child in line with a parent-approved menu (no vegetarian meals).
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the child’s bedroom and play areas.
- Assisting with light household tasks related to the child, alongside the housekeeper.
- Organisation and preparation for frequent flights and car travel.
- Packing and unpacking for the child and ensuring all necessary items are ready for travel.
- Adapting to a mobile lifestyle, ensuring continuity and stability for the child regardless of location.
- Working under camera surveillance as required.
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination prior to employment.
Requirements for this Full-Time Travel Nanny job:
- Three or more years of private nanny experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Fluent Russian, conversational English
- Relevant education (teacher, educator) preferred
- Experience working abroad and on 24/7 schedules advantageous
- Documents allowing free stay in the EU
