PERMANENT FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT RUSSIAN-SPEAKING NANNY JOB

Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 per month, based on qualifications

A warm and welcoming family based in Dubai is seeking a professional, experienced, and nurturing Russian-speaking nanny to care for their six-month-old daughter on a permanent full-time live-out basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with a genuine passion for infant care and early years development to join a respectful and kind family in a long-term role commencing on the 1st of July.

The family is looking for a calm, gentle, and highly attentive nanny who is confident caring for babies during the important first year of development. The successful candidate will be responsible for all nursery duties and for creating a structured, stimulating, and loving environment for the child whilst supporting all developmental milestones appropriately.

The ideal nanny will be highly organised, emotionally intelligent, proactive, and naturally nurturing. The family is particularly interested in candidates who understand developmental childcare philosophies such as Montessori or similar child-led approaches and who genuinely enjoy engaging children through interactive and educational activities rather than screen time. The household follows a strict zero-gadget approach whilst working with the child.

The position would suit someone seeking a stable long-term role within a peaceful and fully staffed private household. There are no pets in the residence, and the baby does not suffer from any allergies or medical conditions.

Main duties of the Nanny:

Providing full daily care and supervision for the baby
Feeding, bathing, dressing, and changing nappies
Supporting and managing the weaning process
Establishing and maintaining healthy feeding and sleeping routines
Organising age-appropriate developmental and sensory activities
Supporting physical, emotional, and cognitive development
Taking the child on daily walks and outdoor activities
Maintaining all nursery-related duties and organisation
Sterilising bottles and maintaining nursery hygiene standards
Encouraging Russian language development through daily interaction
Creating a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Following the family’s gadget-free childcare approach at all times

Requirements for this Nanny job:

Fluent Russian is essential
Minimum of 1 year’s professional experience caring for babies aged 0–12 months
Excellent checkable references are mandatory
Montessori knowledge or similar developmental approaches would be highly desirable
Pedagogical or psychological qualifications would be considered a bonus
Non-smoker only
