Job Overview:

A warm and welcoming family based in Dubai is seeking a Russian-speaking Nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for their 3-year-old son. This is a permanent, live-out position offering a stable, long-term opportunity within an informal household environment.

Dubai is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city, offering world-class infrastructure, international schools, and a diverse cultural lifestyle. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny to work in a dynamic location whilst supporting a young child’s growth and development.

The chosen candidate will work five days per week, from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., focusing on the boy’s daily routine, education through play, and general wellbeing. The family values creativity, warmth, and a calm approach to childcare. No cooking is required. One of their key preferences is to appoint a nanny who does not use perfume.

The family travels abroad twice yearly – for three weeks in December and throughout the summer months. The nanny will not be required to travel with them, as another nanny accompanies the child during these periods. Importantly, all time when the family is away will be paid.

Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:

Provide daily care, supervision, and support for a 3-year-old boy
Organise creative, engaging, and age-appropriate activities to encourage development
Maintain a calm and nurturing environment
Support the child’s routine, including playtime, rest, and educational activities
Ensure the child’s wellbeing at all times

Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:

3 years of relevant experience
Checkable references
UAE working permit
Fluent in Russian and conversational English
