A welcoming family residing in Chelsea, London, is seeking a dedicated and professional Russian-speaking Nanny to provide full-time care for their young son, aged 1.5 years. This is a permanent, live-out position requiring five working days per week, 12 hours per day. The family is looking for a warm, energetic, and responsible candidate who is committed to supporting their son’s development and well-being.

The family wish to find someone who will genuinely love spending time with their son, offering him warmth, stability, and stimulation through play and structured activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy meals for the child, ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy after use, and maintaining cleanliness in the child’s bedroom and play areas. The role also involves occasional travel with the family, two to three times per year, typically to European destinations and sometimes to the United Arab Emirates. The nanny should therefore be adaptable, well-organised, and able to provide consistent care in different environments.
The family places strong emphasis on attentiveness and expects the nanny not to be distracted by mobile phone use during working hours. Good personal hygiene is essential, and long nails are strictly prohibited due to the family’s preferences regarding the child’s safety and cleanliness. Main duties of the Full-Time Nanny:
- Providing full care for a 1.5-year-old boy, including feeding, play, and general supervision
- Preparing healthy, balanced meals for the child and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy
- Maintaining a neat and organised environment in the child’s bedroom and play areas
- Planning stimulating age-appropriate activities to support the child’s learning and development
- Taking the child on walks, to playgrounds, local parks in Chelsea and surrounding areas
- Following and adapting the child’s daily routine to meet his needs
- Travelling with the family several times per year, ensuring continuity of care during holidays
- Ensuring the child’s safety and well-being at all times
Requirements for this Full-Time Nanny job:
