Perfect Household Staff is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a warm, engaging, and nurturing Russian-speaking Nanny to join an informal and welcoming family based in the leafy and desirable area of Hampstead, North London. The role involves caring for one child on a full-time, live-in basis and would suit a professional nanny with a genuine passion for childcare and supporting early childhood development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all general nanny duties, including planning age-appropriate activities, simple meal preparation for the child, and maintaining a calm and stimulating environment. Fluency in Russian is essential, as the family are keen to encourage the child’s language skills and cultural understanding through daily interaction and play in Russian.
This is a permanent, Monday to Friday position, with working hours to be discussed further at interview. The family are seeking a kind, flexible and discreet individual who will take a thoughtful and proactive approach to their child’s development and wellbeing.

Main duties of the Nanny:
General daily nanny duties including care and supervision of the child
Planning and engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
Simple cooking and meal preparation for the child
Speaking Russian and encouraging bilingual communication
Providing a nurturing, warm, and secure environment
Supporting emotional, social, and cognitive development
Requirements for this Nanny job:
Minimum of 3 years’ private childcare experience
Fluency in Russian
Excellent references from previous employers
Valid UK work permit
A kind, discreet and responsible nature
DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain)
