The nanny's responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the twins’ care, including managing daily hygiene routines, maintaining their schedule, organising walks, preparing meals, and engaging in stimulating activities. These activities will include developmental games, creative play, singing, dancing, and fostering independence. Occasional cooking will be required, particularly in the absence of the family chef. The nanny will also prepare wholesome breakfasts, such as porridge, blinis, or vegetable and berry platters, ensuring breakfast is ready by 7 a.m.

The family will have two nannies working in alternating shifts. Each nanny will work from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with overnight care required on a weekly rotating basis. The role involves six working days per week, with one floating day off.

The ideal candidate will have personal experience raising children and bring strong pedagogical skills to the role. The family is looking for someone who can balance kindness with discipline to support the children’s development effectively. Fluency in Russian is essential, as the family is keen for the children to become proficient in the language. The candidate should be responsible, nurturing, and proactive in creating a positive and supportive environment for the children.

While the household has dedicated housekeepers for deep cleaning, the nanny will be expected to manage the daily upkeep of the children’s rooms and belongings. There will also be occasional travel with the family, including trips to Europe, as well as accompanying the children on outings or errands alongside the family driver.

This is a permanent position offering stability, with paid holidays including two two-week vacations per year. The role is also open to self-employed candidates.
