A magnificent country house-style hotel in Tintagel, Cornwall, UK, is actively seeking a permanent live-in Chef.
We are seeking an individual who is confident and experienced in organising and preparing a diverse international menu for guests. Specifically, we are looking for a chef with expertise in Russian and European cuisine.
The primary responsibilities of the full-time chef will include preparing meals for guests and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. You will be an integral part of an international team. If you are seeking a serene and tranquil environment, this position is tailored for you!

- Preparing meals for the guests on menu plan
- Knowledge of Russian cuisines
- Maintaining clean and organised kitchen
- Directing the operation and organisation of kitchens, all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food
- Keep kitchen pots, pans and work surfaces clean and in good condition
- Comply with all Hygiene, Health & Safety Legislation
- Minimum of 3 years similar work experience
