The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the upkeep of three well-appointed residences, ensuring they are consistently maintained to an immaculate standard. An essential element of the position is the management of VIP wardrobes, requiring expertise in caring for fine garments, overseeing seasonal transitions, and handling all packing and unpacking in connection with the principals’ travel.
Candidates must demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach, as the designated rest days will fall during the week and may be subject to change. In addition, occasional travel may be required, so applicants must hold a UK or EU passport.
The successful applicant will be a native or fluent Russian speaker, with a minimum of three years’ proven experience working in a fully staffed, high-net-worth household. This is a superb opportunity for a committed professional who takes pride in delivering a seamless and discreet service.

Job Details:

Main duties of the Full Time Housekeeper:
- Upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation across three private properties.
- Managing and maintaining high-value wardrobes, including luxury fabric care, seasonal sorting, and travel-related preparation.
- Conducting a full range of cleaning duties, from deep cleaning to daily upkeep of living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Providing expert care for fine interior finishes, delicate materials, and bespoke furnishings.
- Overseeing laundry, handwashing delicate items, and pressing garments to a professional standard.
- Ensuring all household supplies are well stocked and maintained.
- Preparing the household for guests and special occasions, with a focus on presentation and hospitality readiness.
- Demonstrating scheduling flexibility in line with the family’s movements and operational requirements.
- Assisting with travel support when needed, ensuring continuity of housekeeping across locations.
Requirements for The Full-Time Housekeeper job:
- Fluent Russian speaker with strong English skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a private HNW household
- Expertise in VIP wardrobe care and luxury fabric handling
- Valid UK or EU passport
- Checkable references
