The principals are a student and his cousin, with the wider family visiting approximately four times per year.

Working as a Housekeeper in a private residence requires a high level of trustworthiness, discretion, and pride in maintaining a home to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be caring, reliable, and will possess a pleasant personality, with a strong eye for detail. Typical duties will include thorough cleaning, specialist care of fine surfaces, and comprehensive laundry management, including delicate fabrics. This role does not involve cooking or pet care, allowing the Housekeeper to focus fully on maintaining exceptional standards throughout the property.
This is a live-out position, ideally suited to a professional already based in London. The penthouse is easily accessible by public transport, with numerous Underground and bus connections nearby, making commuting straightforward and convenient from most areas of the city.

Main duties of the Part-Time Housekeeper:
- Maintaining the penthouse to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Specialist care of wooden floors and marble surfaces, using appropriate products and techniques.
- Managing all aspects of laundry, including washing, ironing, and careful handling of delicate fabrics.
- Ensuring wardrobes and storage areas are kept neat, organised, and well maintained.
- Welcoming and supervising contractors or service providers when required, ensuring work is carried out appropriately.
- Reporting any maintenance issues promptly and supporting the smooth running of the household.
Requirements for this Part-Time Housekeeper job:
- Three or more years of private housekeeper experience.
- Two excellent checkable references.
- Conversational Russian and English.
- UK working permit.
