Set within a prestigious residential enclave, this elegant three-storey residence combines contemporary architecture with serene outdoor spaces, including three terraces, a garden and several balconies, creating an atmosphere of refined comfort and understated luxury. The interiors are finished with premium materials such as marble, natural stone and bespoke timber, requiring an experienced and meticulous approach to care.

This permanent, full-time live-in position, commencing on 1 January, offers the rare opportunity to support an ultra-high-net-worth principal within a beautifully appointed and impeccably maintained private home.

The villa is arranged across three expansive levels, comprising an office, main room, fully equipped kitchen, primary bedroom and guest floor on the ground level, followed by a gym, shoe closet, meditation hall and two guest bedrooms on the first floor. The top floor includes an additional wardrobe room and a private bedroom with bathroom. Although the residence is extensive, only the main rooms used daily by the principal require regular attention, with all remaining areas needing routine maintenance to preserve their immaculate condition. As only one adult resides in the property, the atmosphere remains calm and structured, though exacting standards of organisation and household presentation are essential at all times.

A dedicated live-out gardener and a live-out pool and grounds specialist also attend the property, ensuring all exterior areas are maintained to an exceptional standard.

The role requires a housekeeper with proven experience working within ultra-high-net-worth households and confidently operating to a five-star hotel standard, particularly in wardrobe care, bathroom sanitation and bed-making. Expertise in handling luxury surfaces, delicate fabrics and valuable personal belongings is essential, as is the ability to communicate with a principal at a high level with tact, courtesy and absolute discretion. Daily duties will encompass full housekeeping, laundry management, wardrobe organisation and the maintenance of all fine materials throughout the villa. Basic table service is appreciated, though no formal entertaining takes place beyond two small gatherings per year. Cooking is not required, although preparing simple breakfasts or smoothies on occasion would be beneficial. The household includes a mini bull terrier and a cat, both of whom require daily feeding, with the dog needing between two and four walks per day depending on the season. The housekeeper must remain in residence during the principal’s travels to ensure all duties relating to the pets and property are consistently maintained.

Vendor management will form part of the weekly routine, requiring courteous communication with external providers and contractors. Russian will be used for all internal communication with the principal, while conversational English is required for dealing with suppliers and visitors to the villa. As the principal travels frequently, the housekeeper will enjoy periods of quieter routine, provided all household tasks have been completed to the required standard. Errands and household support will be expected when the principal is in residence. This is a long-term, stable placement with accommodation provided in the form of a private bedroom and bathroom within the villa. Annual leave of thirty days is offered and may be taken after six months of service, with relocation support potentially available for the right candidate.

Main duties of the Full Time Housekeeper:

Ensuring the daily cleanliness and immaculate presentation of all main living areas used by the principal, with routine maintenance of all additional rooms across the three floors of the villa.
Performing full housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation and five-star standard bed-making.
Caring for luxury surfaces such as marble, natural wood and natural stone, using appropriate products and methods to preserve their condition.
Managing the household laundry, including specialist care for delicate and high-value garments, as well as maintaining the principal’s wardrobe to an exceptional standard.
Maintaining the kitchen, terraces, balconies and garden areas in consistently tidy and organised condition.
Conducting daily pet care, including feeding the cat and dog and walking the dog two to four times per day depending on the season.
Overseeing vendor and contractor appointments, ensuring smooth communication and supervision when required.
Coordinating household supplies and informing the principal of items requiring replenishment.
Running errands and providing personal assistance as required when the principal is in residence.
Offering basic table service and preparing simple breakfasts or smoothies on an occasional basis.
Ensuring the villa remains secure, orderly and fully cared for during the principal’s frequent travels.

Requirements for The Full-Time Housekeeper job:

Fluent Russian; conversational English.
UHNW household experience; UAE preferred.
Five-star hotel housekeeping background.
Strong luxury material and garment care.
Excellent laundry and wardrobe skills.
High discretion and professionalism.
Strong organisation and time management.
Physically fit; independent worker.
Willing to live in and remain in villa during principal’s travel.
