The principals spend up to three months of the year in London, travelling extensively for the remainder of the year. This is a live-out position conveniently located in the heart of Belgravia, one of London’s most distinguished neighbourhoods, renowned for its elegant residences, boutique shopping, and leafy garden squares. The area benefits from excellent public transport connections, with multiple Underground and bus routes nearby, making the property easily accessible for commuting professionals. The calm yet central setting offers an ideal base for a top-tier private chef seeking a long-term opportunity in a prestigious London household.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily preparation of fresh, seasonal meals tailored to the principals’ preferences. The couple strive to maintain a healthy, balanced diet, with a particular interest in Indian cuisine, as well as plant-forward dishes and vegan options. Strong competence in crafting vibrant salads, refined desserts, and flavourful, nutrient-rich meals is essential. The family occasionally hosts intimate lunches or dinners, typically entertaining up to 8–10 guests, so a background in both private service and five-star hotel or luxury residence environments would be highly advantageous.
This role would suit a chef who is adaptable, organised, respectful, and passionate about producing exceptional food in a private home setting.

Main Duties of the Full-Time Chef:
- Preparing daily meals using high-quality, seasonal ingredients tailored to the principals' dietary preferences
- Creating fresh, healthy dishes with a focus on Indian cuisine, plant-based meals, salads, and desserts
- Catering for private lunches and dinners, typically for up to 10 guests, maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards
- Managing the kitchen, including hygiene, organisation, provisioning, and stock control
- Working closely with the household team to coordinate timing and presentation for all meals and events
- Designing varied weekly menus in line with the principals’ desire for clean, nourishing cuisine and culinary variety
- Adapting to the couple’s travel schedule and planning accordingly when they are in residence
- Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times within a private setting
Minimal Requirements:
- Three or more years of private chef experience
- Two excellent checkable references
- Conversational English
- UK working permit
