FULL TIME PRIVATE CHEF JOB

The role involves working Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., providing tailored culinary services for a family of six, including preparing daily lunch, dinner, and breakfast options that can be stored for the next day. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private family homes, excellent culinary skills, and a passion for creating balanced, nutritious meals that suit a range of tastes and dietary requirements.

Main duties of the Full-Time Chef:
- Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for lunch and dinner, catering to family preferences and dietary needs.
- Organising and replenishing kitchen supplies, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients are always available.
- Preparing meals that can be stored for breakfast the next day (e.g., overnight oats, pre-prepared salads, or breakfast pastries).
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, including appliances, utensils, and work surfaces, ensuring a tidy, hygienic cooking environment.
- Ensuring the proper storage of food, and adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitoring and managing stock levels of kitchen supplies, including groceries and pantry items.
- Assisting with meal planning and ensuring dietary requirements (such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or other specific needs) are met.
- Maintaining the kitchen and dining areas in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Occasionally assisting with meal preparation for events or gatherings as requested by the family.
Requirements for this Full-Time Chef job:
- 3 years of Chef experience
- Checkable references
- UK working permit
- DBS check
