Key Responsibilities:

• Providing safe and efficient transportation for the family to schools, appointments, business meetings, and social events.
• Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of all vehicles, coordinating servicing and repairs, and ensuring they are always ready for use.
• Planning optimal routes to avoid delays, considering traffic, weather conditions, and other external factors.
• Assisting with luggage handling, errands, and deliveries, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
• Supporting the family during events by coordinating guest transportation and assisting with logistics.
• Maintaining vehicles with necessary items, such as refreshments, emergency supplies, and other personalised essentials.
• Upholding strict confidentiality, ensuring the family’s privacy is protected at all times.
• Reacting swiftly to unexpected situations, such as last-minute schedule changes or vehicle issues, with resourcefulness and professionalism.
• Liaising with household staff and external service providers to align daily plans and ensure seamless operations.
• Handling bespoke requests, including arranging VIP airport services, coordinating valet parking, or organising vehicle upgrades.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Wentworth Estate and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Clean UK driving licence with no points or penalties.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• UK working permit.
