Key Responsibilities:

• Providing timely and safe transportation for all family members to schools, appointments, events, and airports, ensuring the utmost comfort and security.
• Overseeing the care of the family’s luxury fleet, including daily cleaning, regular maintenance, servicing schedules, MOT checks, and addressing any mechanical issues promptly
• Researching and optimising travel routes to avoid delays, considering traffic conditions, weather, and road closures
• Assisting with transportation logistics for formal gatherings, including coordinating arrivals and departures for guests
• Running errands, such as collecting parcels, shopping for bespoke items, and managing household logistics as needed
• Acting as a trusted companion during travel, maintaining strict confidentiality and vigilance to ensure the family’s safety and privacy.
• Responding efficiently to unexpected situations, such as vehicle breakdowns or scheduling changes, with poise and resourcefulness.
• Flexibly accommodating last-minute requests and adapting to the family’s evolving schedules.
• Stocking vehicles with essentials such as refreshments, travel documents, and emergency supplies to meet the family’s needs at all times

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth families.
• Clean UK driving licence with no penalties.
• Knowledge of Virginia Water and surrounding Surrey areas.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• UK working permit.
