SALARY: 55,000 GBP / YEAR GROSS

A lovely family based in Oxshott, Surrey are currently looking for a professional chauffeur. Your main responsibility will be to drive the principals and their children. Travelling with the family is required during 2-3 months in summer and 1 month in winter.

The cars should be washed by hands without using the car wash.
The family fleet consists of 5 cars which the family chauffeur will be required to drive and maintain. Experience in private families with children is a must. The routes will be mainly across Surrey.
All applicants must have private chauffeuring experience, excellent timekeeping, knowledge of vehicle maintenance as well as geographical and route knowledge, flexible, well mannered and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations; must be smart in appearance, polite, reliable, calm and rational. CPO experience and SIA licence are a bonus.
The family have a friendly but large dog and we are therefore looking for a dog friendly family chauffeur.

Duties of a family chauffeur include, but not limited to:
- Driving the principals and children to and from destinations
- Helping passengers get in and out of car
- Using knowledge of the city, local streets and traffic patterns to avoid heavy traffic
- Performing errands when required, such as shopping, driving deliveries to post office, etc
- Ensuring that the interior and exterior of the cars is well maintained, clean and ready for exploitation
- Washing the cars by hand
- Making minor repairs and adjustments
- Servicing cars and determining if repairs are needed
- Carrying packages and luggage
- Travelling with the family
Requirements for a private chauffeur job:
- 5 years of Chauffeur experience within a private family
- Excellent contactable references
- Full UK driving licence
- Working permit within the UK
- Flexibility
- Smart appearance
- Child and pet friendly
- Ability to travel with the family
