Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and punctually driving family members to appointments, events, and daily activities, ensuring complete comfort and reliability throughout journeys
• Overseeing the maintenance of the family’s luxury vehicle fleet, including regular cleaning, servicing, MOT checks, and emergency repairs when necessary.
• Planning and executing optimal travel routes, taking into account real-time traffic updates, weather conditions, and road closures to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assisting with daily errands such as shopping, parcel delivery, and coordinating logistics for household supplies.
• Managing and maintaining detailed records of vehicle service schedules, insurance renewals, and mileage logs for efficient fleet management.
• Liaising with household staff and external service providers to adapt to last-minute changes or specific requirements for family travel.
• Conducting thorough pre-drive checks to ensure vehicle safety, functionality, and readiness at all times.
• Offering impeccable customer service by maintaining discretion, professionalism, and a polished personal appearance.
• Supporting family members during travel by handling luggage, escorting them to destinations, and ensuring they are comfortable.
• Organising and executing travel arrangements for events, including drop-offs, waiting, and return pick-ups with no delays.
• Coordinating with private airport handlers for seamless airport transfers, including assistance with check-ins and luggage.
• Providing light security-related duties during family outings, ensuring their safety and privacy in public settings.
• Handling vehicle emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, with calm efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to schedules.
• Anticipating the family’s needs by keeping vehicles stocked with necessary items, including refreshments and travel essentials.

Minimal Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional chauffeur experience.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth families.
• Clean UK driving licence with no penalties.
• Knowledge of Leatherhead and surrounding Surrey areas.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• UK working permit.
